Feasibility
We jointly explore the spas positioning, research market conditions, prepare conceptual proposals and agree on operational options.
Design & Concept
We will jointly finalize the concept, prepare the Facilities and Services Brief, generate the spa design and at the same time liaise with architects and interior designers. Additionally financial projections are generated to demonstrate the potential profitability of the project and the expected return on investment
Construction
Aeris Executives will prepare a Mechanical and Electrical Brief, while continuing the guidance throughout the construction process and further liaise with all contractors and the owner's representative.
