FeasibilityWe jointly explore the spas positioning, research market conditions, prepare conceptual proposals and agree on operational options. Design & ConceptWe will jointly finalize the concept, prepare the Facilities and Services Brief, generate the spa design and at the same time liaise with architects and interior designers. Additionally financial projections are generated to demonstrate the potential profitability of the project and the expected return on investment ConstructionAeris Executives will prepare a Mechanical and Electrical Brief, while continuing the guidance throughout the construction process and further liaise with all contractors and the owner's representative. Operational Start-upAeris will prepare the pre-opening plan and pre-opening budget and provide detailed equipment specifications for the spa areas. The approved IT systems are set-up and integrated, the manning guide is being compiled while marketing and PR plans are prepared. Additionally the spa's pricing structures are devised, treatments and programs are chosen from the mandatory and optional groups and the nutritional menu and cuisine offerings are finalized. ManningObtain approval from the owner for the Manning Guide and initiate recruitment of all therapists, attendants, supervisors and Managers. TrainingAeris Executives will develop and partially conduct specialized training programs for all employees based on the chosen treatment packages, while key employees will be trained by outside specialty companies in unique treatments. Operational OptionsAeris will examine with the owner the best possible operational scenario reaching from plain franchise operations to a leased Aeris operation, Management by Aeris or the set-up of a loose Management Consultancy. The main target of these options shall be the profit levels of the owner while securing the required ongoing level of support. Sales, Marketing & PRAeris, in cooperation with the Guest Relations Manager, will create programs to generate awareness for the spa, build marketing advantages, and formulate the public relations and advertising plan and strategy. Special package options for hoteliers, wholesalers and travel agents are created and implemented, while continuous monitoring procedures are created to ensure the guest's satisfaction. |
